  1. Business development
  • Develops networks of relevant contacts (BNI, business circles, volunteering);
  • Represents the firm at various corporate and association events;
  • Performs representation activities with associations or during promotional activities in the business sectors of its clientele.


  1. Advise the client
  • Establish personalized professional contact with each client during client visits;
  • Listen carefully to each client to properly establish their needs;
  • Explains and popularizes in accessible language for the client, the coverage and available products offered;
  • Offers the customer alternatives to the product offered and additional guarantees; • Informs the client of the consequences of a refusal of cover on his part or that of the insurer and the resulting obligations;


  1. Analyze the risks
  • Analyzes the risks submitted to it and selects the best product (quality/price) in its market according to the customer’s needs;
  • Validates the risk eligibility of each client;
  • Negotiate conditions with insurers;
  • Applies the standards and procedures of insurers and the brokerage office
  • Refers to internal or external resource people to obtain the necessary expertise



  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales and solicitation position
